Safety briefings / Toolbox talks

In addition to the induction orientation course, there are 14 safety briefing videos in the core library – 3 released during month 1 and then  1 a month from month 2, to month 12.

These animated safety briefings last an average of 3 minutes and cover the main points for each subject area.

Understanding is tested using quizzes.

The system automatically schedules and delivers the videos directly to the mobile phone using QR codes, SMS links or email links

  2. Explainer video – Falls Kill (Working at Height) Working at height kills dozens of workers every year – avoid it if you can, prevent falls with the right kit, and minimize the impact when nothing else works.
  3. Explainer video – Digging Around Buried Services Hit a buried cable or gas pipe and you could be dead – check records, spot the clues, scan with a CAT scanner, and dig carefully with hand tools.
