Why We Built It

Between us, we’ve spent decades in video production, training, coaching, and compliance.

We’ve worked with frontline teams, safety leaders, HR directors, and MDs who all said the same thing:

So we created Lexicon with one clear goal:

To take safety seriously, without making it a full-time job.
